Development of a Productive Disposition Skills Instrument for Elementary School Students

Productive disposition is one of mathematical skill that rarely discussed and researched in nowdays era. Even though this as important other math skills. This study aims to develop an instrument for measuring productive skills elementary school students. The research method used development (R&D) with the stages consisting preliminary studies, design, validation, trials. subjects consisted 99 students grades 4 5 schools East Java. For sake selection respondents, purposive random sampling technique by researcher. Furthermore, data analysis, it a descriptive quantitative approach. results show developed measurement valid reliable. reliability test showed Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.85. construct validity has also been well tested through exploratory factor analysis item response analysis. consists 22 statements measure on indicators namely enthusiasm, self-confidence, endurance, curiosity willing share. implication can be evaluation tool learning focuses developing dispositions
